Evel Knievel was a bad man! He possessed more than nerves of steel but a scientific mind, calculating distances with little room for underestimation. Every death defying attempt subject to land him UNDER ground by underestimation. Every onlooker at the edge of seats, some not sitting praying that Evel was magic, that it was trick cameras, or that he did not underestimate. And we watched a man live out his call to entertain in judgement while managing the flutter of our hearts from being nervous, for a person that had conquered stifling nerves because he did not underestimate, but brought us closer to God. Out of respect for this evangelist let us count up the opportunity cost of sitting on the sideline in judgement while watching others entertain us by estimating and confidently jumping.
